ECE IT Services will have limited support during the coming holiday season as follows:
From 12/19/2016 through 12/21/2016
- A minimal compliment of support staff will be available
- All services will be offered but delays may occur
From 12/22/15 through 1/3/17
- All ITS staff will be out
- Walk-in support will not be available
- Only emergency support will be available
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Dial 412-268-1732 and leave a voicemail message
- Include a brief description of the problem, your CMU ID name, and a number where you can be reached
- A staff member will reply within one hour.
