Holiday Support Coverage 2016-2017

ECE IT Services will have limited support during the coming holiday season as follows:

From 12/19/2016 through 12/21/2016

  • A minimal compliment of support staff will be available
  • All services will be offered but delays may occur

From 12/22/15 through 1/3/17

  • All ITS staff will be out
  • Walk-in support will not be available
  • Only emergency support will be available
    • Email
    • Dial 412-268-1732 and leave a voicemail message
    • Include a brief description of the problem, your CMU ID name, and a number where you can be reached
    • A staff member will reply within one hour.
