Holiday Support Coverage

Please note that ECE IT Services will have limited support during the holiday season as follows:

From 12/22/18 through 1/1/19

  • All ITS staff will be out
  • Walk-in support will not be available
  • For general University emergencies, call
  • For University tech support
  • For ECE ITS emergency tech support
    • Email help@ece.cmu.edu
    • Dial 412-268-1732 and leave a voicemail message
    • Include a brief description of the problem, your CMU ID name, and a number where you can be reached

From 1/2/19 through 1/6/19

  • ITS will have reduced staffing
  • Walk-in support will not be available
  • Delays in responses and problem resolution may occur

ECE ITS support will return to normal on 1/7/19.
